Invitation to a consultation workshop
Adult Services Department in Hampshire, are looking at how we can make it quicker and easier for people to interact with us.
Other Councils have made it easier for residents and professional health / care staff to interact with them by changing their websites to make them easier to navigate and introducing online forms and accounts.
Adult Services is exploring the possibility of doing something similar, and we want to hear from residents to understand what would be useful.
We are holding workshops to consult with residents and health / care professionals who interact with the Adult Services Department, to understand what sorts of things you would like to see in the new website and how we could make it easier to interact with us.
This might include things like:
We are specifically looking to hear from: older people, people with learning disabilities or difficulties, people who have experience of accessing mental health services, disabled people, people with sensory impairments.
When: Monday 15 February 2016 – 10am until 12.30pm
