What should you do with your completed forms?

You may decide to give copies to family, friends, and people helping to look after you. It’s helpful to keep a copy at home with your important documents. If you keep a copy of your forms on your home computer, and your circumstances change, you will be able make changes to them so your forms are kept up to date.

What’s important is that you can get hold of the information quickly if it’s needed.
